All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, INTERPRO reserves the right to
make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes,
errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
While INTERPRO uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, INTERPRO makes no warranties or representations as to the Site's accuracy. INTERPRO assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site.
Title And Risk of Loss. Unless otherwise specified, all orders are FOB Fremont, California. Title and risk of loss or damage to the product(s) shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier at the shipping point. Any claims resulting from goods damaged in transit, shortages received or tampering must be filed with the carrier immediately by Buyer.
Inspection. Buyer shall inspect the product(s) at delivery and shall notify Seller of any defects or discrepancies in the product(s) as delivered within 24 hours of delivery. Absent such notification, Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the product(s) as delivered.
Limited Warranty. Seller warrants product(s) to be in good working condition and free from defects in materials and workmanship. Seller offers one year limited warranty from the original invoice date on all products except CPU's and Memory chips, which have a 30 Day Limited warranty, excluding any physical damage. Seller's liability shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any defective product which is returned, freight prepaid to Seller, according to the Merchandise Return Procedures set forth in the following section. Buyer shall bear all responsibility for shipping charges and risk of loss or damage during transit to Seller. This limited warranty is not extended beyond the original Buyer and does not cover any losses or damages that may occur as a result of the following:
Return Policy. Approved must be obtained
from INTERPRO prior to return of any products. All products returned without
a INTERPRO Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be refused.
To obtain credit for return products, Buyer must obtain an RMA number within
30 days of the invoice date. Absolutely no return after 30 days.
Upon receipt by INTERPRO, the return products must be in a original package
and condition, including all accessories and manuals. All returned products
will be charged a 15 percent restocking fee.
All software sales are final and absolutely no refund under any circumstances. Special orders, memory chips and CPU's are not refundable.
Merchandise Return Procedure:
A). It is recommended that Buyer calls and consults with INTERPRO technical support for advice first in order to eliminate any unnecessary returns. To obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, Buyer must contact the RMA Department of INTERPRO and provide the following information:

Returned Checks. A $25.00 fee will be charged and collected on each check returned.
1. All resellers in the state of California should have a valid resale number before products are shipped out. Otherwise sale tax will be applied.
